Anthony E. Cooch Jr. (Tony) focuses his practice on business and family law. He is currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.

Tony is currently Chief of Stonewall Jackson Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department in Manassas, Virginia. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Prince William County Fire and Rescue Association and is chair of the Fire and Rescue Committee Training Advisory Committee.

Prior to earning his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, Tony worked for several years in the private sector as a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He is a native of Alexandria, Virginia and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from James Madison University.

AlanBowdenAlan Bowden’s practice is concentrated in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Mr. Bowden has extensive experience representing organization and individuals in all aspects of litigation and mediation. Throughout his career, Mr. Bowden has overseen a variety of complex commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. involving business tort actions and various contract disputes.

Mr. Bowden also practices corporate law and counsels business clients on a variety of corporate issues including formation, structure, capital raising, securities regulations, owner and shareholder agreements and all types of business contract issues.

Mr. Bowden is admitted to the Bars and practices in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is also a member of the Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Bowden is active in both Bar and community related activities.

Mr. Bowden received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech (B.S. Finance) in 1991 and his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1998. He also earned his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University in Securities and Financial Regulation in 2002.

Tracy-MeyerTracy A. Meyer is a Virginia family law attorney, with a concentration in litigation. As a trial attorney, Ms. Meyer has more than 15 years of experience in domestic relations matters representing her clients throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas (including Prince William County, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County and the City of Fredericksburg) as well as the District of Columbia

Ms. Meyer zealously represents her clients in all aspects of family law, including counseling and representing clients in the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, division of marital assets, and post-divorce modification and enforcement issues. Ms. Meyer has also developed a special interest in mental health issues and divorce such as confidentiality and record-keeping.

Ms. Meyer is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Family Law and as one of Virginia Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” for 2007, 2009 and 2010. She was also recognized as one of the “Top Divorce Lawyers” in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. in February 2009 by Washingtonian magazine. Ms. Meyer is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest peer rating that is given.

She currently serves as a Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court.

Ms. Meyer is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She is the former co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Arlington County Bar Association and former chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Arlington County Bar Association. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar Family Law Section, the Fairfax County Bar Association Family Law Section and the District of Columbia Bar.

Ms. Meyer graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, Honors Program, in 1992 (B.A., with departmental honors in Political Science, magna cum laude). In 1995, she received her law degree from the Washington College of Law, American University.
